ASSHOLE OF THE YEAR AWARD FOR 2001 GOES TO
BAY CITY WINDOWS

This company can't seem to get anything right!! I have 21 windows in my home. These assholes have been out here 2 times now to count & measure my windows.the first time the salesman counted "22" windows & wrote me a estimate based on that count. I called & explained that their count was wrong so they sent another man out to count & measure.This time I got a new estimate & a price quote based on "20" windows. Maybe if they took their shoes & socks off they could use their fingers & toes + 1 and come up with the right count!! AAAhhhh but that is'nt the end yet!

I went to their factory & asked if they would build my windows using the 3 1/4" frames that they use to build doubble hung windows ( I want'ed single hung windows but I need the 3"frames). The man in the shop said "sure we can make a single hung window using a dbbl hung frame, no problem" I took a sample of the frame material home to show the carpenter who was going to do my trim work & he said "no problem go for it" AAAHHH but it still doesnt end there!!!

I went back to the shop with a check for $2500.00 in my pocket ( as a down payment) already to sign up for almost $6000.00 worth of windows. the salesman (Stan) took me back into the factory area where I got to meet the owner of the company.He promptly told me there was "no way" he was going to give me the 3 1/4" frames that needed set up as a single hung window!!! His employees need to quit giving answers to questions that are not correct!!A lady named Katheryn was also there when I was told that there would be no problem with the frame size! As a matter of fact she even got me the sample of the frame material. AAAAHHHH it still does'nt end here!!

I went home & talked to the carpenter again & told him about the frame problem, He said it might cost a "bit" more but ,no problem ,he could add the extra trim needed for the smaller window frames. The frames were now going to be 2 1/8" instead of 3 1/4". So I called their salesman ( stan) & told him I would go with the "single hung double pane windows & that I would be home all day Friday 12/14/ 01 . He suggested that I come in there & see him since he was going to be on duty in the showroom all Friday morning so I agreed to go down there again ( my third trip). Ok problem solved--- I'm finally going to get the windows & every thing is alright. NNNNOOOOOO WAY!!!!

I put another check in my pocket & went on down to "BAYCITY WINDOWS" showroom. Had a smile on my face!! I should have known better!!! When I got there the lady out front told me Stan (the salesman) had to leave with another salesperson. Seems he "all of a sudden" got sick & had to leave!!( ya right). Someone could have called & told me to come in the next day, but that would have been to easy I guess!! Needless to say this did not leave me in a very good mood. To bring this to a close they(BAY CITY WINDOWS) were going to call me on Monday 12/17 when they never called I called them. Now they were going to call me on Tuesday. ( I should have known better) they never did!! Then they said they would have Stan ( the salesman) call me on Wednesday,HAHAHAHA.Once again I should ahve known better. I finally called these "BUTTHOLES" on Thursday morning & got through to Stan.He told me at that time that his boss thought we had a "personalty" problem & he did not want to do business with me!!

Now let me see if I have this right!!

1. I have no less than 2 different estimates both with different window counts & different prices & neither one is is correct yet. ( I have 21 windows not 20 or 22) but I have a "PERSONALTY PROBLEM"
2. I have been fed miss information by their employees about frame size I could get but I have a "PERSONALTY PROBLEM"
3. I have estimates with several different prices for the exact same things (mull strips for example) But I have a "PERSONALTY PROBLEM"
4. I have been hanging the last FOUR days waiting for a phone call from their salesman that never came but I have a "PERSONALTY PROBLEM!"

In closing I would think twice about purchasing anything from this so-called business and I have documents to backup everything I said here. Private Message me to discuss these BUTTHOLES!
