A person that I call a very good friend is coming to the end of his days here like the true man that he is!

Werner is enjoying the few months, weeks and days that he has left by being with his friends and family. He had a "LAST WISH" party on Sunday June 13th at Bay Pines V.A. and one good crowd showed up to be with him. Good food and company was every where and Werner spent the whole day taking pictures and swapping stories with all. I don't normally write about any one person, but this man deserves credit for the way he is taking what life is dealing out to him. I have met men with stronger muscles, but never any stronger courage! Don't wait till someone is gone to tell them that they are special. Once they are gone, it's to late, so do it while they are still here. To me Werner is a friend. I just hope the photos on this page will do him proud. I think the best way to put it is in his own words and I quote--" If I go to sleep tonight and do not wake in the morning, I will have one hell of a good day to take with me...and my friends and all my family will have made that possible---So again thanks so much for today it meant the world to me for everyone to gather with me for possibly for the last time.
